At Pune Tech Care, we strive to provide high-quality appliance repair services. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or service corrections may be provided.

1. Service Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if the service was not performed as agreed or if there was a mistake on our part.
  • Requests for a refund must be made within 7 days of service completion.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment.

2. Service Rework / Corrections

  • If an appliance repair issue persists after service, we offer free rework or correction within the warranty period provided for that service.
  • Customers must contact us immediately to report any issues.

3. Conditions for Refunds / Returns

  • Refunds or rework requests must be supported by proof of service (invoice, service report, or technician notes).
  • No refund or rework will be processed if the appliance issue arises due to misuse, negligence, or external damage after service.

4. Appointment Cancellations

  • Service cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Advance payments for canceled appointments may be refunded as per agreement or retained as a service booking fee.
